Hess Compliance Consulting is an insurance compliance consulting firm established by Antoinette “Toni” Hess.  

Toni Hess started in the insurance industry in 1980, and has specialized in the field of compliance for the last 20 years.

For over 10 years Toni served as the director of compliance for a leading consulting firm.

Prior to this position Toni was the compliance officer for a leading long term care insurance carrier.

Her years of experience are recognized by the state insurance regulators throughout the country.
